What you can see on the Dashboard

The Dashboard displays performance cards and charts that help you quickly understand how your outreach is performing.

Typical metrics visible on this page include:

  • leads added

  • leads contacted

  • response rate

  • delivery rate

  • conversion rate

  • win rate

  • won MRR

  • won deals

Review activity trends

Below the summary cards, Reach displays a trend chart that helps you track recent activity over time.

This chart is useful for monitoring:

  • messages sent

  • replies received

  • general outreach velocity

  • recent performance patterns

Use the Dashboard as your daily overview

The Dashboard is best used as a quick operational overview before you move into more detailed sections like Campaigns, Leads, or Deals.

A common workflow is:

  1. Open Dashboard

  2. Review top-level performance metrics

  3. Check recent activity trends

  4. Move into the relevant section for action

For example:

  • go to Campaigns if performance needs adjustment

  • go to Leads if you need to import or organize contacts

  • go to Deals if you want to review pipeline progress
