Overview

Inside Telegram Accounts, Reach lets you:

  • connect a new Telegram account

  • view all connected accounts

  • search by phone, username, or session

  • assign an account profile

  • review security settings

  • configure proxy settings

  • monitor account health and warnings

Connect a new Telegram account

To connect a new Telegram account:

  1. Open Telegram Accounts from the left sidebar.

  2. Click Connect Account in the top-right corner.

  3. Follow the authentication flow shown by Reach.

  4. Complete the Telegram login and verification steps.

  5. Wait for the account to appear in the accounts list.

Once the connection is completed, the new account will be added to the page and become available for configuration.

Find and review connected accounts

After connecting one or more accounts, they are displayed as account cards on the Accounts page.

Each card can show information such as:

  • Telegram username

  • phone number

  • session identifier

  • assigned profile

  • security settings

  • proxy settings

  • account age or added date

  • health or warning status

Search for a specific account

Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate an account.

You can search by:

  • phone number

  • username

  • session

This is useful when managing multiple connected accounts.

Assign an account profile

Each Telegram account can be assigned a usage profile. This helps define how the account should behave inside outreach workflows.

To update the profile:

  1. Open Telegram Accounts.

  2. Locate the connected account.

  3. Open the Profile field on the account card.

  4. Select the appropriate profile.

  5. Save the change if needed.

In the interface shown, profiles may include custom or predefined sending behaviors.

* Profiles can also be configured as custom profiles. This can be set from the Telegram Security page.

Review security settings

Each connected account includes a Security Settings section. This is where Reach helps you manage account safety and operational limits.

To review security settings:

  1. Locate the connected account.

  2. Expand Security Settings.

  3. Review the configuration.

  4. Adjust the settings according to your outreach strategy.

This section should be checked before using the account in active campaigns.

Configure proxy settings

Each account card also includes a Proxy Settings section.

To configure proxy settings:

  1. Locate the account you want to update.

  2. Expand Proxy Settings.

  3. Enter or update the required proxy information.

  4. Save the configuration.

Proxy configuration can be useful when you need more controlled account routing or network separation.

* Proxy selection is only available for users with the proxy add-on. If the add-on is not enabled, proxy assignment is handled automatically by the system.

Check account health

Reach displays the health status of each Telegram account directly on the account card.

Possible examples shown in the interface include:

  • Healthy

  • Warnings

This helps you quickly identify which accounts are ready for usage and which ones may need review before being used in campaigns.

Warm up new accounts before campaign use

The platform indicates that new accounts should be warmed up before being used for high-volume campaigns.

This is an important best practice because it helps reduce risk and improves account stability over time.

A recommended workflow is:

  1. Connect the Telegram account

  2. Review profile, security, and proxy settings

  3. Warm up the account

  4. Use the account in campaigns only after it is ready

Best practices

  • Connect accounts before building large campaign volumes

  • Review the account profile before use

  • Check security settings for every newly connected account

  • Configure proxy settings when needed

  • Monitor health indicators regularly

  • Warm up new accounts before using them in outreach at scale
