When to use scheduled sending

Scheduled sending is useful when:

  • you want to start outreach at a specific time

  • you want campaigns to run only during business hours

  • you want more control over delivery timing

Flow Builder

The Flow Builder is where you define the campaign sequence.

In the video, the campaign flow includes blocks such as:

  • Campaign Launch

  • Send Message

The Flow Builder allows you to visually build the path contacts will follow once the campaign starts.

To build the flow:

  1. Open the campaign.

  2. Go to Flow Builder.

  3. Start from the launch block.

  4. Add a message block.

  5. Configure the content of each step.

  6. Save the flow.

Write the message content

Inside a message block, Reach lets you define the content that will be sent to leads.

Based on the video, this area supports:

  • plain message content

  • personalization tags

  • message variations

  • optional media attachment

  • message risk review

To configure a message step:

  1. Select the Send Message block.

  2. Enter the message content.

  3. Insert tags where needed.

  4. Add variations if required.

  5. Optionally attach media.

  6. Review the message before saving.

Use personalization tags

Tags help personalize outreach messages by dynamically inserting lead data into the text.

Examples shown in the interface include placeholders for lead or custom field values.

To use tags:

  1. Open the message block.

  2. Click the Tags option.

  3. Select the tag you want to insert.

  4. Add fallback content if needed.

  5. Insert it into the message.

Check message risk with AI

The message editor includes a risk detection feature that flags repetitive or unsafe messaging patterns.

This helps reduce the chance of:

  • repetitive outreach structure

  • low-variation copy

  • behavior that may increase account restrictions

To review message risk:

  1. Open the message block.

  2. Enter the message content.

  3. Run the message risk check.

  4. Adjust the copy if the system flags risk.

  5. Save the safer version.

Once the flow is ready, the next step is assigning leads to the campaign.

To add leads:

  1. Open the campaign.

  2. Go to the Leads step or tab.

  3. Click Add Leads.

  4. Select leads from your database.

  5. Use search, filters, columns, or segments to narrow the list.

  6. Confirm the selection.

Activity Logs

The Activity Logs tab shows the campaign timeline for each lead and message event.

This is useful for reviewing:

  • sent messages

  • waits and scheduled steps

  • user responses

  • failed messages

  • conversation history per lead

To review activity:

  1. Open the campaign.

  2. Go to Activity Logs.

  3. Select a lead entry.

  4. Expand the timeline to review the message history.

Typical uses include:

  • checking campaign status

  • reviewing ongoing results

  • identifying campaigns that need optimization

Best practices

  • Set the timezone correctly before launch

  • Use variations to reduce repetition

  • Review message risk before activating a campaign

  • Add leads only after the flow is finalized

  • Monitor logs after launch to catch issues early
